On the day wedding coordination is the chance for you to hand over all your meticulously planned details over to me 5 weeks to your wedding day and with your input, I will take care of the finer details leading up to and on the wedding day for you.

From initial in-depth consultations to discuss and hand over the details, to dealing with outstanding tasks and drawing up timelines that reflect how you’ll both like things to run on the day. I will be with you every step of the way, from when you book me, through to your wedding day.

I’ll work with your venue coordinator and florist on the day to ensure that your plan for the venues are delivered as you envisioned. Relax and have a great time at your wedding and know that your day is in a safe pair of hands (i.e. mine)

With my wedding coordinator service, you will get:

  • Initial in depth 90 minutes consultation to get clear on where you are with your plans and hand over your supplier details to me.

  • Unlimited phone and email support 5 weeks to your big day.

  • Tie-up any outstanding loose ends.

  • Contact your suppliers to find out details of what they need for the day and ensure it is in hand.

  • Create a bespoke and detailed timeline of how you both want the day to run.

  • Create and send streamlined versions of the timeline to your suppliers and wedding party

  • Communicate any last minute changes to your suppliers

  • We will discuss specific areas where you would like to spend more time on as the day unfolds, and I’ll include them in the timeline.

  • Meet on the morning of the wedding day to check in and go through any last minute changes / final arrangements.

  • Follow your brief and style your day as you mapped it out.

  • Double check that the setup is complete; i.e. table decor for reception is done, ceremony decor is ready, cutlery is aligned, linens are straightened etc.

  • Resolve issues arising from the day either from my wedding day emergency kit or from my network of supplier contacts.

  • Be the go to person on the actual wedding day, to problem solve, answer queries from guests & suppliers and monitor the schedule/timings.
